At Camp All-American, there are leadership positions that are available for returning counselors to consider. Below you will see the titles and brief descriptions of each job.

Manager/Coordinators

Camp Nurse – 2 RN-LPN’s are hired each weel of the summer to assist our campers with medical needs while on site.  This is a fun way to engage in a new environment and use your gifts and expertise in ministry.  Nurses do not need to committ to the full summer. 

Assembly Manager – This person will work closely with the full-time staff to create energetic, memorable, and gospel-centered assemblies for campers in all of our camps. Included in this would be leading worship during assemblies.

Tech Coordinator – This person works in conjunction with the assembly manager to produce all of the individual camp assemblies and the main assemblies on Monday and Friday.

Videographer – This person is responsible for filming, editing and producing a weekly camp video for all of camp to see in our closing assembly. Parents will also have an opportunity to purchase DVDs to take home with them. What an awesome way to document the great memories campers will have at Camp All-American!

Facilities Manager - This person works closely with the staff to keep our property looking its best during the summer. It will also manage a group of three work crew members who will assist the camp directors in getting special activities ready for each camp.

Ropes Course Manager - This person will coordinate the schedules of our D1 and D2 ropes course specialty, manage the ropes course counselor staff each week, facilitate many activities for our camps, and assist/report to the Adventure Director with any other tasks.

Wilderness Manager - This person will coordinate the schedules of our D1 and D2 wilderness specialty, manage the wilderness counselor staff each week, facilitate many activities for our camps, and assist/report to the Adventure Director with any other tasks.

Rock Climbing Manager - This person will coordinate the activities of the D2 Rock Climbing specialty, manage the rock climbing counselor staff each week, facilitate many activities for our camps, and assist/report to the Adventure Director with any other tasks.

Zorb Master (manager) – This person will manage our Zorbing activities for camp. They will be in charge of setup, take down, and facilitation for this event. They will also report to the Adventure director to assist with any other tasks.

Lifeguard Manager - This person will assist the Pool Director in managing the pool environments. There are three pools and ten lifeguards to manage. They will need to complete a lifeguard/CPR certification course in the weeks leading up to camp.

CORE Leader -

This position is also for former staff of Camp All-American. If you are up for the challenge of discipling a group of 7-9 guys or girls as well as being their daily supervisor, then this is the job for you. CORE leaders work closely with their camp director and play a key role in making camp happen. They must have a heart of service, flexibility, and humility to play many roles during the summer.
