Being a counselor for Camp All-American

This is not an easy job. From having long hours to caring for eight children and all of their individual needs, being a counselor for the summer is a challenge. We seek to hire people who have a desire to use their gifts and abilities to reach families in our community for Christ. There are many options for the summer as a college student; Should you study abroad? Should you get an internship? Should you find another paying job? Should you work at a summer camp? Should you become a beach bum? Working at CAA is a unique opportunity to blend what most college Christians desire to do with their summer: make a little money, hang out with other college students, remain active, and share the good news of Jesus with those who need to hear it. If that resonates with you, apply to work at Camp All-American!

Here are the main benefits you’ll derive from partnering with us over a summer:

  1. You’ll be trained to share your faith with others, deepening your knowledge and understanding of the Gospel
  2. You’ll learn our standards of excellence that will benefit you in any job you will have in the future
  3. You’ll become a part of a community of believers; forming relationships that last
  4. You’ll be challenged to grow in all aspects of your life: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
